SUMMARY:Curious Horizons - Mental Wellbeing for young Neurodivergent Adults
DESCRIPTION:Starting on Monday 28th September Creative Curiosities SW CIC are delighted to be running Curious Horizons  a friendly\, supportive project created especially for neurodivergent young adults aged 18–25 who may be struggling with their mental health\, feeling isolated or finding it difficult to connect with others.Please let us know you are coming- the first session is a drop in \, come and meet us session. Please contact us via email hello@creativecuriosities.org.uk \, or call/text/whats app Rose 07764737620 for more information \nFully funded by Devon Community Foundation these free relaxed sessions use creativity\, drawing and talking to provide a safe space to meet other neurodivergent people\, build friendships and feel part of a community. There’s no pressure to be sociable\, artistic or to talk about anything you don’t want to. You can take things at your own pace. \nCreative Curiosities SW CIC support neurodivergent children\, young people\, and adults in pursuing their passions\, exploring creativity\, and accessing opportunities for personal growth. We provide safe\, inclusive\, and sensory-friendly spaces where participants can express themselves\, learn new skills\, and build confidence at their own pace. \nOur approach combines creative\, therapeutic\, and nature-based activities\, led by neurodivergent practitioners who act as positive role models\, helping participants feel seen\, understood\, and empowered. Through community-based projects\, workshops\, and warm-hub initiatives like Cosy Creatives\, we aim to reduce isolation\, improve mental well-being\, and foster social connection. We support neurodivergent people to engage in education\, volunteering\, and employment opportunities while celebrating their unique strengths and creativity.
