To ensure the security and cleanliness of the Town Hall and Charter Hall, and Health and Safety aspects of all premises. The post holder needs to be available outside of normal working hours for stewarding when the premises are in use; this entails evening and weekend working. Cover for the Senior Caretaker is also required during any periods of absence. Included within the role may also be an element of work within the Park and other assets for which the Council is responsible. To effectively assist with the delivery of a broad range of the council's services, developing good practice and the promotion of activities across all areas of business.

SCP3 £12.85 p/hour rising to SCP4 £13.05 on successful completion of probationary period
