GSS property was established in 2008 by business partners Nick Godfrey, Matt Short and Deborah Squire . The business has quickly established itself as a key player in the competitive West Devon housing market despite the challenges facing the property industry. Not only have we developed a strong and comprehensive sales service we also offer an established lettings service that is market leading in the EX20 area.
