Stevens Estate Agents are an independent family business. Founded in 1977 by John Stevens and Bob Gee the business quickly became established as a leading agent in the local area.

Now run by James Stevens the business has continued to grow and have recently relocated to a larger and more central office.

We are part of one of the largest group of independent estate agencies sharing properties with over 80 other west country agents giving our marketing maximum exposures and in 2013 we were selected to join an 800 strong network of leading estate agents bringing together our marketing and expertise to be able to deliver our clients with cutting edge technology.

We are also members of The Property Ombudsman.
