Jenny Carden is a qualified Herbalist, registered with the National Institute of Medical Herbalists. Medical herbalists train for 4-6 years, with over 500 hours of supervised clinical examination practice, to ensure we are able to work alongside other medications and practitioners safely.

Offering herbal medicine consultations in Okehampton, (and two days a month in Exeter and Tavistock) as well as single herb orders, bespoke skincare, tea blends and capsules, aromatherapy and haircare. Also workshops, walks and talks about health, herbs and how you can retain autonomy over your own health.

Opening hours will become more regular in 2024, but in the meantime please email any queries, or read the "Why Herbal medicine?" Section on my website to read more about what I can help with, such as coughs and colds, autoimmune conditions, asthma, chronic illness, ADHD, mental health, joint problems and skin issues among others.

I also have a stock of 'emergency bits and pieces' for camping - if you're in need of socks, carabineers, an emergency bivvy bag, protein bars etc, please phone or ring the doorbell during clinic hours!
